In your attached screen shot I cannot completely view the RapidWiz window.
As long as RapidWiz window is active and harddisk light is flashing I would leave it running.
Having said that, Rapid Wiz window usually tells you what it is currently doing.
If that happens again and again I would investigate the installation log file.
Just a heads-up, by installing Vision as oppose to PROD you will go through some troubles specially when you do Fixed Asset implementation. Vision comes seeded with components that will come in your way when you try to learn how to implement the system from scratch.
