To me it looks like your VM is trying to use eth1 network card as oppose to eth0. See if the following actions fix the problem. 1 Turn off your virtual machine 2 Go in your virtual machine settings and change the MAC address (simply modify 1 or 2 characters) 3 Retart VM 4 At linux startup it will detect a new MAC address and will try to configure it from scratch. This might resolve your issue.
