Operating Unit on Alert Details 12 Years, 5 Months ago  
wht is the use of Operatiing Unit on alert Details window, pls explaing.

Also i get the following error, how can this error will be resolved.

An alert is only fired if the operating unit of the trigger event matches with that of the alert. I have explained all this in the videos.

Are you getting this error with any request you are tring to submit through Alert or just this one?
Try an another request and see what happens. This will narrow down if the issue is with your alert or with the request.
