Cannot Open any of the modules in R12 13 Years, 9 Months ago
I just completed a fresh installation of R12. I followed all the processes during the installation and it worked fine. I was able to log into the Oracle E business application.

However, i cannot open any of the forms/modules. I have already installed java virtual machine but i keep getting the error below anytime i try to open a module/form in my application. Any help to resolve this is much appreciated. Please see the error below.

You do not need JVM with Oracle R12. I would remove it.
Make sure all services are starting properly. Just in case stop services and restart them. See if this issue is browser related by trying to launch the form from both IE as well as from Firefox.

Re:Cannot Open any of the modules in R12 13 Years, 9 Months ago
I have removed the JVM. Also, i completely stopped and restarted all services. The services started properly showing Status=0. However, when I run the ./adstrtal.sh apps/apps to start all the application services then I saw that some of the services were exiting with status=150
I proceed to start each application individually and everything showed a status=0. I am able to log into the R12 application but cannot open the forms in my R12 application..
Attached to this post is a screen shot (in word document) showing my ability to log into the R12 application but still cannot open any of the forms. In addition, I have disable all pop up blockers on my computer. I have tried to open the forms by using Firefox, IE & Google Chrome but no luck. Please help.

Apparently your form server is down. Next logical step is that you should take a look at the log file of forms server.
