SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN 9 Years, 2 Months ago  
Hi Hasan please look at my picture to see that I could not login to Oracle website. I made a new post to add some images. this this message I got when I tried to login "Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator".Please tell me how to contact the system administrator as soon as possible?

This problem could be fixed sometimes using the following update via SQL*PLus session (apps/apps).

update ICX_PARAMETERS set SESSION_COOKIE_DOMAIN = NULL;
commit;

SYSADMIN would remain the password unless you have changed it. Changing the password again may not solve your problem. For changing the password you need to login (unless you do it through backend). I have posted the suggested line of action earlier.

I followed your Command and I got "ERROR: ORA-20000: the account is locked"

You may not have typed the error message exactly. I tried searching for this message in the error database but not match found. Please post the screen shot if possible so that I can see the context and the exact message. Are you getting this error in SQL*Plus or on the login screen. Thanks.
