Creating Oracle Stage 9 Years, 7 Months ago
File or directory not found. I have typed the command "mount -t vboxsf My_DAP_Downloads /home/Oracle/media" in order to map my shared folders. My documents are all under My DAP Downloads.

Are your files under
"My_DAP_Downloads"
or
"My DAP Downloads"?

My files are under the folder My DAP Downloads. I tried typing without the underscore but still getting error. Is there a space between Downloads and /home? I retyped mount -t vboxsf My DAP Downloads /home/Oracle/media

Spaces will not work in this context. You must use underscores, as shown in the video.

mount -t vboxsf My_DAP_Downloads /home/Oracle/media

Hi Hassan

I managed to move past the mount command, with no errors, but when I exit root, I dont get Oracle Linux, it shows Bahador Linux. When I type ls, the folders come up including media folder. When I type cd media, it does not recognize the file and when I try to type ls, I dont see zip folders.

Kindly assist as I am frustrated. Thanks

The fact that you dont see oracle linux tells that the steps are not followed to the core. About the ls command I need to know that location from where the command was issued. Please upload screen shot. Thanks.
