Video 1 - Configuring Financial Options
I have provided all the three accounts for Liability, Prepayment and Discount Taken.
As instructed in video, when I tried to save the record, it comes back with an error
and asking me to provide data for Inventory Organization. I dont know how did Hamid managed
to save this record.

Question: Do I need to setup inventory organization before setting up these options?

Looks like in your instance Purchasing application is marked as license that is why Payables is asking you to provide Inventory Organization.
