Request window output 10 Years, 3 Months ago  
hi, I need assistance. I have recently installed EBS in my computer and have just started using it. however whenever a request is submitted and I try to view it on the Phase column I get the massage "Inactive" and on the status column I get the massage "No Manager". Please help me, what should I do to get proper feedback from the view request window. I have attached a screenshot of the problem.

So sorry for the late reply. Seems like your internal manager is down. Please login into linux and start the internal concurrent manager service.
