Please can you help as I have been stuck on this query for some time now? When I run Autoinvoice master program I get the following error

Errors: 1) AR_COMPLETE_INT_TAX_ACCOUNT
2) Please complete your tax accounting flexfield

Can you help me pin point what the issue is?

Do you have symbol '-' in one of your Tax Rate Codes?

When AutoAccounting rules are setup to look to the GL accounts of Tax Codes as a source, the code appears to get "confused" when the tax code has hyphens (-) in the name.

It is suggested to NOT use '-' in the Tax Code Name.

None of my tax codes have hyphens please take a look i will attach a word doc confirming this. My tax codes do have spaces though

Hi Hassan,

I have fixed the issue (Please complete your tax accounting flexfield )the Autoinvoice program must reference the transactions types in Oracle AR because soon as I populated the tax account on the HM Con – Invoices transaction type and ran Auto invoice master program everything worked fine and sales orders were imported into AR from OM. I cant remember your tutorials suggesting that we need to populate a Tax Account in this transaction type ?

I have not done any videos on running AutoInvoice.
