You said "post install check has this error".
I am unable to locate the error messages in your posts, that you are getting in the post install check.
Also you mentioned that you ran the commands to start database and the listener but I am not sure if you ran the commands to start application services.
How about you start all the services from scratch and tell me if all application services are starting with status 0 or not.
Make sure database and listener are up using the command you pasted above.
Now run the following commands from the proper directory (see the installation videos):
adspall.sh apps/apps (Command to stop all application services)
adstrtal.sh apps/apps (Command to start all application services)
