Can' create VM :503 Service Unavailable 14 Years, 2 Months ago  
I am unable to create virtual machine in my computer. As per the instruction in the video - "Video 1 - Creating Virtual Machine" under "Oracle E-Business Suite Installation" when I write in the Explorer address bar http://computer_name:8222/, I get the following error message 503 Service Unavailable and the address automatically changes to http://computer_name:8222/ui/.

I have made multiple attempts at many different times for the last three days and getting the same response.

What should I do? My machine has got 4GB RAM, 280 GB HD and Windows 7 Operating System.

Try https://computer_name:8333
Also on 503 page do you see any option like "Click here to continue any ways".
This looks likes a security issue.
Have you added your computer_name in the list of trusted sites?
