When i create OU, i get error "Oracle The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).

As the error suggests you must have used browsers back or forward button. This throws off Oracle. Use Oracle's navigation buttons.

Even i have faced these erros on supplier master pages, despite i did not use browser navigation button, I got the same error. Clear your browser cache using funtional administrator. Also make sure to revisit the pages where any special charactors you have used in the fields or by mistake you pressed some additional keys from keyboard.
