The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 8000, possibly due to firewall or security policy settings, or because it might be temporarily unavailable. Windows couldn’t find any problems with the firewall on your computer. I disabled firewall on WIndows and VM. I can sporadically login to the server, but can only connect to web-based forms not Java forms. It started after I installed latest updates. is there problem with my security options setup on the browser? what is the best IE version to use?
