Request:Web ADI Journal import inactive no manager 11 Years, 10 Months ago  
Request phase and status show Web ADI inactive no manager when uploading the spreasheet journal. Please help. Details show status: on hold

Apologies for the late reply.
Looks like your concurrent manager is down.

Here is a thread where I explained how to start the concurrent manager.

First you should go to System Administrator -> Concurrent -> Manager -> Administer and find out the Actual number stated against "Internal Manager". If it is zero then that means your internal manager (concurrent manager) is down. It could only be started from the operating system.

cd PROD
cd apps
cd apps_st
cd appl

. APPSPROD_linux.env (Source environment file)

cd $INST_TOP/admin/scripts
./adcmctl.sh start apps/apps
