Bank Account Currency vs Functional Currency 11 Years, 10 Months ago  
Business Scenario is
Bank Account Currency: GBP
Functional Currency: USD
Payment Currency: EURO (any multi currency transactions)
What would be the reconciliation process?
How do we maintain accounts in GL?

Sorry I did not understand your question completely. You have asked very open questions and have provided very limited information.
In short, you will use Cash Management module to perform bank reconciliation and you will use GL reports to track balances in your account.
