iPad videos issues 11 Years, 10 Months ago  
The videos are going off after a few seconds and then when I try to go back in I get a blank screen. Is this a compatibility issue as I have tried a couple of different videos and topics and the videos still go off after a few seconds. Help! Only on the iPad

All video related technical issues should go through the customer service email address. You can use online Contact form for that. We will go through the troubleshooting procedure with you. This forum is to discuss questions related to the lectures. Thanks.
