Transfer to GL 14 Years, 3 Months ago
I've created the FINAL accounting for Invoices and Payments in Payables.
I also ran the Transfer to GL for both Invoices & Payments.
How do I know if the existing accting journals have been sent to the GL...
Let's say I have an Invoice and I would like to know if the accounting for this was sent to the GL.

Is there is SIMPLE way of determining it within the Invoice Workbench or the SubLedger Accounting ?

Thanks

There are various methods for determining if the transfer was success.
The best option is to take a look at the output of your Journal Import program. It should say "SUCCESS".
I will cover these topics soon in AP tutorials.

Re:Transfer to GL 14 Years, 3 Months ago
Hello Hasan,

I think I didn't explain myself.
EXAMPLE:
I have an invoice that I paid last week.
Both the invoice and payment accounting was generated and sent in FINAL mode to the SLA and eventually GL.

That was done 1 week ago.
Today... I would like to verify that the accounting for the Invoice & Payment was sent to the GL.

Is there a simple way of determining that via the INVOICE workbench OR SLA ?

I don't have the JOURNAL IMPORT report available to me.

A hypothetical situation.

Thanks
Frank

Through invoice window you can easily see if the accounting was created or not. Journal import program tells you if the transfer was successful or not.

For now here is a hint.
We will discuss in detail in the videos.
Invoice Workbench->Query The Invoice->Tools->View Accounting Events->View Journal Entries->Show Additional Information
->Transfer to GL Date
Having said that the owner of AP to GL transfer program should have access to Journal Import program output.
