Ok, so you are getting this error when you click on Apply button. That is what I wanted to know. Thanks.

One possible cause of this issue as the following:

The start_date_active for the lookup ORG_TYPE does not match the organization unit's start date.

This is registered with Oracle as Bug 6903873.

Here is a workaround:

Change the start_date_active for the lookup (ORG_TYPE['OU']) to match with your operating unit.

You can change the date by using following navigation:

HRMS Manager responsibility -> Other Definitions -> Lookup Tables screen.
