i have started rapidwiz and its asking me to browse for oracle application rapid install -RDBMS Disk 1.

can anyone help?

Are you launching rapidwiz from the stage area?
Most likely your stage is not created properly.
Please check the structure (folders) in your stage.

check .. i created stage again and it passed the post installation but
at 65% its gave this error.. can you give me steps to resolve it .. im

i read one of the problem with same issues i have
so i rAN
cd /home/Oracle/PROD/db/tech_st/11.1.0/appsutil/scripts
and result came up with no error or anything

After looking at your image it looks like the installation has failed.
Instead of troubleshooting the crippled installations, I would do the following steps:
1) Verify that Oracle files were downloaded correctly.
2) Recreate the ISO file that would be used to create Stage area.
3) Remove PROD folder from /home/Oracle using rm -r command. This will make the system ready for reinstallation.
4) Recreate Oracle Stage from the ISO file.
5) Retry installation by running rapidwiz. If you see any error message during installation then investigate the issue before proceeding further.

i tried all steps you mentioned below.
again everything was going smoothly and it reached to 65% after i ran rapidwiz.
after 65% i got error messeges with eveything in red crosses. i think may be i need to rum some new quiries in terminal. but the problem is i dont know what to write and what not. can you pls pls help here.

Faisal,
You need to look into the log files.
Start by clicking on the red exclamation mark besides "Database Availability" and see what it says.
When problems like this occur then always look a the log file or error message so that you can find out the core issue behind all this.
I am sure something major has went wrong in your installation as all the checks have failed. I cannot say anything unless you post the error message.

Have you started your database and listener as shown in the video?
If yes, then are the two starting with status 0 (success) or not?
If not, then we need to take a look at the log files to find out what the problem is.

Please answer the above questions so that we can proceed further. Thanks.

The second image you have posted is for stopping database and listener services. What about the starting of these services? Thanks.
