I am not sure if the comments from sharmapk28 fixed your problem or not but I just to point out the once should only be populating the following profile option if only one operating unit is being access through a responsibility:

MO: Operating Unit.

The other two profile options should remain untouched otherwise you will see issues.

You will only use the other two profile options if you are accessing multiple operating units through a single responsibility (MOAC).
