Seems like none of my AR options are working. I have followed your suggestion from Post#2255 about generate/compile forms using adadmin but it didnt work. I have also put comments on the images to explain it better. I hope I don't have to reinstall the application. Appreciate any help

In order rule out configuration related issues, could you please recreate a new operating unit (also run replicate seed data). Create a new AR responsibility as well and attach it to this new operating unit. See if you are having the same issue in the new AR as well?

I did exactly what you said but same result. I created a new OU new Responsibility and new user.Ran the replicate seed data. Attached all of the required profile options. No result. I am using Vision Instance and I even tried using vision responsibility with Vision profile options. Same result. None of the AR options are working

It is very difficult to troubleshoot a Vision install. It comes preconfigured with tons of options. It is the worse thing a new consultant can do to play with Vision instance. You need a PROD install or FRESH install to see how you can configure the system from scratch. In real life you get PROD install, not the VISION.
Vision instance is good for people who wants to do a quick check on some functionality.
Also if you are using Vision instance on a shared server like beacon solutions then it becomes even more difficult to trouble shoot issues like these as you dont know what others are doing and what administrators are doing.
