Using the method given at handosnerp you can install Oracle EBS on any flavor of windows. If you wish to install the sofware directly on Windows (without using VM or Linux) then the procedure is quite different. You should read the installation guide for Windows fully. You will need few extra sofware as well including C compiler and Unix emulator. Available versions for Windows could be found on the same website that is given in installation videos.
