Am having problem with the Single payment, have try it over and over again, repeat the video time and time to see where am going wrong but nothing was wrong with my setup and i did everything right. Still am having this error IBY_SINPAY_DOCS_FAILED. At first the payment method just goes away then i filled it again just as your teaching and try to safe again but still nothing. All the periods are all open but in GL & AP. the invoice has been validated, the lines are all safe, what more to do???????????

It is very important that when you are posting an issue you mention 1) Where the problem is found (screen name) 2) When does problem occur (When you press which button etc) 3) Exact error name. Without above 3 things it is very difficult for the other person to understand the problem.
