Oracle Application Rapid Install Wizard Alert: "RW-00000: Unable to write to the following directory. Please check for the permission".

Any idea how this can be resolved?

Can you tell which directory the error is referring to?
Which user you are using for installation? I am assuming Oracle.
Next step is to find out if Oracle user has permission to create a file on that directory.
