Hi All,
I'm trying to enter a transaction but everytime I try I get the following message when adding a line item:

FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
The transaction never saves. Any suggestions to Fix this error.

See the attached screenshot. This error is same as described in Forum Post #1803

1. Ran Replicate Seed Data program through System Administrator.
2. Set MO: Operating Unit, GL: Data Access Set, and GL: Ledger Name at Site level.

I do not know how to run and Recompile AR forms through adadmin.

Pl help?

This is how you can generate/compile forms using adadmin:

Sign in into your Linux OS as Oracle user.

On Linux prompt enter:

cd PROD
cd apps
cd apps_st
cd appl

. APPSPROD_linux.env (Source environment file)

adadmin (This will launch adadmin)

Answer adadmin questions as follows:

Hit Enter 5 times to accept default values.
Enter password for System account.
Enter password for APPS account.
To generate/compile applications forms, enter 1 then enter 2
Hit Enter 5 times to accept default values.
For question "Choose list of products" Enter ar.
Hit Enter 3 times to accept default values.
The compilation will start.

Also recompile all invalid database objects using adadmin utility.

I used adadmin to compile forms. And made sure that there are no invalid database objects.

Restarted VMWARE.
Restarted Database Services
Restarted Listener
Restarted concurrent managers.

The error is still there. I am stuck. Don't know what to do.
I used the same installation procedure as handsonerp. Could not find any solution. The only way is to put SR. But Oracle will not support me.....because this is for learning purpose. Can anybody suggest me what to do???

Attempting to enter a new transaction line and receive the following error:
Problem
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
Cause
HR: Security Profile is not set up.
Fix
Review the HR: Security Profile option to be sure it has been assigned at the Responsibility level
before the User is assigned to the Responsibility

Responsibility: System Administrator
Navigation: Profile > System > Set HR Security Profile at responsibility level.

Assigned the HR:Security Profile option at Responsibility level to <Setup Business Group>. I can only see Setup Business Group. Although I created my own business Group, ABC Business Group)
and in Accounting setup manager I attached ABC Business group with the ABC Operating Unit. But now when I go to HR: Security Profile option , It does not show me ABC Business Group in the LOV. I can only see "Setup Business Group". Is this normal?

6) When I go in Global HRMS Manager Responsibility & Query the Business Groups. I can only see Setup Business Group. It won't even show the ABC Business Group I created.

Have you run the program "Run Security List Maintenance"?

1. Ran the "Security list maintenance" Program from HRMS Responsibility, In Parameters use ALL PROFILES. The Program completed successfully.

2. Switch to Sys Admin Responsibility. Set Profile HR: BUSINESS GROUP at responsibility level to its Respective Business Group. Eg: ABS Canada Receivables Manager can be assigned ABC Canada Business Group at Responsibility level.

If we do not run the "Security List Maintenance" Program we will only see "Setup Business Group". We will not see "ABC Canada Business Group" under the Profile of HR: Business Group for that particular Responsibility.
