Thanks for your reply regarding my query. Is it possible for you to send me such questionaire by email as it will be helpful for me for our present implementation. Mansoor, You can open a new thread for this as this question is not related to the current topic. Sorry, I have not prepared that tutorial yet that will list high level questions that one can ask the end-users to derive how system should be configured.
