Concurrent Manager Can Not Start 12 Years, 9 Months ago
I can not start my concurrent manager. I run ./adcmctl.sh apps/apps and but it says
Service Controller utility (FNDSVCRG) is not found !!!!.
Can you help me out please?
I even shut the whole thing and restart all over again with no luck.

adcmctl.sh control script calls $FND_TOP/bin/FNDSVCRG executable. It is called before and after the script starts or stops the service. FNDSVCRG connects to the database using JDBC. It validates the configuration of the Seeded GSM Service.
First thing is make sure that the executable FNDSVRRG is there.
Do the listing for $FND_TOP/bin.
If managers fail to start then errors should appear in the log file.
Locate the log file and see if there is any message there.
If you cannot locate the Service Manager log file then there is a chance that the Service Managers are not starting properly. There could be a configuration issue that needs troubleshooting.
Was the service working properly before? What did you change before this error starts coming up?

Thank you for your response. This is what I have done and found FNDSVCRG.How do I execute it?
[liben@linux appl]ls
[liben@linux]cd fnd
[liben@linux fnd]ls
12.0.0
[liben@linux fnd] cd 12*
[liben@linux12.0.0] ls
[liben@linux 12.0.0] cd bin
[liben@linux bin] ls
FNDSVCRG is there.

Re:Concurrent Manager Can Not Start 12 Years, 8 Months ago
Dear Hasan
I encountered this situation(i.e concurrent mgr being down) when my new custom program put spaces in the parameter values which is populated by the custom program.
This is the last lesson I did before the Concurrent mgr goes down.
Is there a script(SQLplus)/wizard to fix the error.

Thanks again

You do not run FNDSVCRG directly. It is called by other scripts.
This is what you should do.
Run the concurrent manager start command.
./adcmctl.sh
If it fails then check the log file for errors.
You might end up running concurrent manager cleanup script (cmclean.sql) but first you should see what is there in the log files.
