SOEID error- stopping me from saving a journal 12 Years, 9 Months ago

HI.
I setted up a General ledger, and it was working fine. but now when I try to save a new journal i get an error which is

"Please enter the required value for SOEID segment in enter journals: Captured information flexfield"

i have tried multiple times to solve, but can't get what does this error means. kindly tell me what is the cause for error and how can i solve this problem.
i am using Vision R12.0.6 for practice.
