HI.
I setted up a General ledger, and it was working fine. but now when I try to save a new journal i get an error which is

"Please enter the required value for SOEID segment in enter journals: Captured information flexfield"

i have tried multiple times to solve, but can't get what does this error means. kindly tell me what is the cause for error and how can i solve this problem.
i am using Vision R12.0.6 for practice.

First check if there are any descriptive flex fields enabled on the journal entry screen. This error might be coming from there. If that is the case then you can disable the DFF or make the field optional.
