Hi swarup,
You can do that.
For that you need to have a registered domain name and sufficient hard disk space on a machine exposed to internet to host oracle eBS instance.
Installation steps will be almost same.

This is what you need to do:
(Assuming you have a router installed)
1) Log into your router admin panel
2) Forward ports 8000 and 9000 to the internal IP address of your Linux VM. Use /sbin/ifconfig command to find out the IP of Linux Machine.
By default 8000 is your http port and 9000 is your forms server port (unless you specified different ports to rapidwiz).
Now you are all set to run your Oracle EBS over the internet.
Beware of hackers. Change SYSADMIN and other apps passwords ASAP. Every one knows the default passwords.

Go to whatismyipaddress.com from your home computer and find out your EXTERNAL IP.
Then visit the url http://EXTERNAL_IP:8000 from your workplace.
Make sure port 8000 is open from your workplace. Usually it is blocked. In that case you have to modify the port of your Oracle Applications from 8000, 8000 to 80, 81 respectively.
