I had the same Problem, the Problem is with the version of Oracle applications the newer versions request is using more disk space.

What I ve done and I think it was the best solution it to restart everything again
1- Remove completely your virtual machine
2- Create a new virtual machine with the Disk space 200 GB instead of 150
and Complete everything else like the tutorial this wont take much time to complete .
