Hi Hasan, you should add a note there in Recurring Journals, as well, as its implementation in R12 requires that at least a profile option "MO: Operating Unit" is set.
There are two paths to generate the recurring journals, one of the path would not work without a profile option "MO: Operating Unit" being set.

a) Journals > Generate > Recurring This path will work even without an Operating Unit.
b) Other > Request > Submit a New Request > Single Request This path will not work without an Operating Unit.
