Yes Russel, Gavrobere is right. I have explained in detail how to create operating units in AP tutorials as the concept of OU is more applicable when you are implementing subledgers. However, you need to have one OU in place before you can use mass allocations. I will try to add a note there in mass allocation videos so that other users do not face the same confusion. Thanks.
