You mentioned in one of he tutorial that in R12 Bank setup is owned by CE and in 11i it was owned by Payables. Can you please explain what do you meanby this.Because i think i can access bank screns from payables also

Oracle tables relating to CE are owned by CE. The owner used to be AP.
The reason you have access to Bank stuff is because the AP menu has entries that allow you to access the screens related to CE. Simple...
