We have existing cross validation rules. Need to add 5 new combinations. . Please advice how should i adjust the existing rules in order to add new combinations. Please see attcahed the document with all details

Instead of getting a ready made solution it is better if you learn to do it yourself. Otherwise you will never learn.

Visit each existing rule and modify them in such a way that your new valid combinations do not fall into any of the ranges.

For example for combination 1 I would modify the first EXCLUDE as follows:

Modify this:
EXCLUDE 200.000.000.70100.000 200.999.809.75421.999
To:
EXCLUDE 200.000.000.70100.000 200.700.139.72909.000
EXCLUDE 200.702.141.72911.000 200.999.809.75421.999

Post your solution here for the rest of the combinations and members will assist you in achieving your goal.

I removed the main rule and theni added to exclude statements , it's allowing me enter all combinations now. It will now take anything for account 72910 , which i don't want

So jusy by modify one rule . i am able to add all these new 5 combinations and i don't know whether i am right or wrong i can go ahead and add anything to account 72910

So, to include new combinations i wrote following exclude statements for each new combination that i want to add. Please verify and let me know if it's right.

I looked into this again. If I were you I would first get hold of the main document describing all excludes in business language e.g. This revenue accounts cannot be used with this department etc. Once you have that document in hand then you can modify existing rules to implement the logic. Reverse engineering business logic from the code combination screen and trying to make room for new "includes" is a difficult exercise.

Also keep in mind that you should disable existing combination that will become invalid because of the new rules. The cross validation rules will not prevent entry of the combination that is already there in the combinations table.
