You need to download the md5 file to this folder first before you run the md5 command. If you are downloading a different version than mine then you must download the md5 file for that version.
Note that md5 check is an optional step to find out if the stage is properly created just to avoid possible issues later on.

When you say "I coun't sign in" what does that mean? Are you seeing any errors? What happens when you submit the login form?

Please confirm if you are using the right password.
SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN

This is the default password.
How do you know the Java is outdated?
It doesn't work is a very general term. Please always specify why do you think it doesn't work. What errors are you seeing etc.

I followed your video until I login to the Oracle website, and went to system administrator and to security user clicked on define then I got a message to install plugin oaj2se.exe. After installation Java 6 asked me to upgrade to 7, but I couldn't see the application that showed on your video to change username and password. So I went to Oracle to download the latest Java version after installation done asked me to uninstall Java 6 and 7 because outdated, so I clicked ok.

I tried many time to login the next day with SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN lowercase and uppercase I couldn't.
so please help.
Thanks
