Inventory Organization Mandatory 11 Years ago  
I have fresh install Oracle Application. While Configuring Financial Option screen in Payables I get Inventory Organization mandatory field. I read other forums regarding this topic but please help me why I have this field mandatory in Fresh install. Please help. Thank you.

It could be because the Purchasing module is marked as fully installed. (unless the new releases has made the field mandatory respectively)
