Configuration Query 11 Years, 2 Months ago  
Please see below my system configuration:
Dual CPU:2GHZ RAM:2GB,Harddidsk:250GB.
Can you please suggest if I will download all the softwares will they work? As suggested configuration is somewhat different from my system configuration.
2.If will I will buy external harddisk will there be any effect in running all things smmothly.

First of all sorry for the late reply.
Ideally you should have at least 4GB RAM so that 2GB is dedicated to virtual machine and the remaining 2GB to the host Windows. Even 3GB will do the job. That way you could do 2-1 split. However 2GB will be very tight. 11i could work on 1GB but I have never tried bringing R12 up using 1GB even. So there is no guarantee as such. It may or may not work.
People have performed successful installation on external drive. It is slower in performance but management for learning purposes. Hope that helps.
