Hello Hasan,
Here is one more, please.
I am trying to approve a GL Journal, but the approval button is disabled. The two profiles:Journals: Allow Preparer Approval and Journals: Find Approver Method have been added at the site level.
Also have added the limits and supervisor accordingly.
Please let me know what I have missed out to in other to enable the button

Hi
Sorry guys. Once again it appears the issue has resolved itself. I have not done anything else and suddenly the button is now enabled after creating a new journal. The journal was sent to an approver who has now approved from the notification window.
I am not sure why and what the cause could be.
Any idea will also help else the issue is closed.

Common causes for this problem are:
1- the Approval was already submitted but the batch is not approved yet.
2- the Budgetary Control is enabled but the journal funds were not yet reserved.
3- bug in the GLXJEENT form.
Please check whether the batch is already submitted for approval or not.
Approval status will say "In Process".
If it is submitted then the supervisor needs to approve or reject it via workflow notifications.

Where do you have a video on Journal Approval SETUP ?
I can't seem to see any.

Can you point me to the lesson that deals with Journal Approval and SETUP ?
