Error while paying single invoice 11 Years, 7 Months ago
While processing single invoice payment, i am hitting an error which is not allowing me to save the payment. However, i noticed that the Process Payment Request field now has a value which was not there before. Can this mean that the save went through? And if so, why is the lower window field is not populated like in the video. See attached pls.

Unless you see the message at the bottom "n Records applied and saved", the record is not saved.
You can verify that by querying the payment by the check number. See if you can find the payment.
Also you can query the invoice you were trying to pay and look at the "amount paid" field. If the record is not saved, then the field will say 0.
