The lesson about installing Oracle apps has step to install Oracle DB. Can you provide instructions about how to access the database, either from sqlplus (I am not able to find the sqlplus location in linux) or other Oracle DB client?

Sign into your Linux account as Oracle

Source the environment.
cd PROD
cd ap*
cd ap*
cd ap*
. APPSPROD_linux

Now go to sqlplus
sqlplus apps/apps

I am writing all these commands on the fly so you might have to tweak them a bit if there are errors.

Thanks, and it works.
The path is
PROD/apps/apps_st/appl , and the env file is APPSPROD_LINUX.env
