Track As Asset flag checked automatically 11 Years, 8 Months ago
Dear Guyz , I wish if someone could help me to analize the issue of automatically checked flag of "Track As Asset" in AP when matched to PO and Accru in receipt. I don't want the flag to be cheked automatically when the PO charge account is Material , but in my case it is checked !! can anyone explain that to me..

The purpose of the forum is to discuss questions on the current topics. I have not covered this topic yet.

In coming videos we will discus the following. I will then take more questions at that point.

In order to prevent lines from being imported into the Fixed Assets module because they are inventory items, do the following:

1. Uncheck the Track as Asset box.
2. Do not associate the account with an asset category.
3. Do not define a default asset category for an item in the Item window in Inventory or Purchasing.
