Revenue Recognition (AR) 11 Years, 8 Months ago  
Hello Hasan,

I've encountered an error when I try to define my Unbilled Receivables & Unearned Revenue accounts at the Customer Site level.
.
Please see the attached.
.
I was simply experimenting and this ERROR occurred.
.

ps. is there anything I can do to resolve this ERROR ?

Resolved...

I went to the Key Flexfield Segments screen
Queried the Application = Receivables
Flexfield Title = Territory Flexfield
Structure "Customer Territory Flexfield"
.
I then FROZE the flexfield definition and compiled the structure
.
Now when I access the Customer Site (Business Purpose) details to enter my Unbilled Receivables & Unearned Revenue accounts... the winow pops up correctly... and there are NO errors.
.
Hope this helps others.
