Payment Instruction Register does not show voided transactions with a negative amount and thus reflecting incorrect total amounts in the reports. Is this standard functionality?

I am noticing your last few posts are marked URGENT. Please note that I reply to inquiries, that meet the criteria of the forum, as soon as I could and try to reply to them in the order they are posted irrespective of the urgency level. Now coming to your topic, keep in mind the purpose of Payment Instruction Register is to display you the statuses of payments issued for that particular "instruction" only. It does display all necessary check statuses e.g. Setup, Overflow, Issued. If you are voiding checks outside this particular "instruction" activity then off course this report is not concerned about that. Please run Payment Register to view the activities happening in a period range (As oppose to per instructions). You can also run Voided Payment Register just to view voided payments in a period range.
