Flexfield Qualifiers for Department segment. 14 Years, 3 Months ago  
What behaviour or functionality do we get from the application (General Ledger) by setting Flexfield Qualifiers for Department segment as:
-- Cost Center Segment Enabled = Checked
-- Secondary Tracking Segment = Checked?

Also, why creating Intercompany segment, what is the meaning of the following values:
** Defaukt Type: Constant
** Default Value: 00
