Hi,

Just wanted to ask it any body how to map Item categories with Accounts.

For example#:
you have a Major Category
Fleet >>
Minor Categories are Car Hire,
Car Drivers, Vehicle Repair and Vehicle Cleaning.

Now if we have to map these minor catogires to Natural Accounts 0112
0113
0114 and 0115 respectively. How do we do that ??

Pleaase help its Urgent.

You can go to Expense Accounts Rule window to do that. That is covered in the videos.
