Hello Hasan,

I seem to have encounter a problem/error when try to APPLY my skipped/spoiled checks in the Confirmation STEP.
.
I was reviewing your videos on the subject and noticed that you did not click on the [Apply] button during Confirmation for either Skipped / Spoiled Checks.

Can you quickly verify that your R12 AP enviroment is also getting an error.

Error states that I need to contact the System Administrator to resolve this error..

It is basically a 1 lines message.

I'll try to enclose a screen shot...
However, I think there might be a BUG
.
Can you try entering a skipped/spoiled check during Confirmation and APPLY it... to see what happens.

Update...

I clear the Cache
I was able enter a skipped check and then [Apply] the Confirmation
It worked.
HOWEVER,
On another PayRun(PPR) I entered a spoiled check and then [Apply] the Cnfirmation... This time it DID NOT work.

Spoiling a Payment Document during Confrimation DOES NOT work

Any ideas... please check the attached doc for the error message

Looks like you are experiencing following bug:

Bug 10217993 - CANNOT RECORD PRINT STATUS IF ALL PAYMENTS IN PAYMENT INSTRUCTION ARE SPOILED

There is a patch available for this problem:
