You usually see this error is ifGL Ledger Name profile option is not set at responsibility level. In R12 although the main driving profile option is GL Data Access Set but some features still look at this profile option. See if this fixes the issue.

Thank-you.

For some reason, the Bank Account Listing is working just fine. now !!
I DID NOT set the Ledger Name profile option.
Strange ?

May be some other factor was triggering the issue. Good to know that the problem is now fixed.
