Please I need a quick turn around on this where possible:
I have two issues at the moment:
1) Executing Create Accounting in AR:
I have entered and completed the billing information as required and also following all the basic steps. I was able to create accounting in draft mode but not in final mode as the stage "Accounting Programme" completes with error due to :
An internal error has occurred in the programme “xla_accounting_pk.complete_entries”
I have taken the following steps to try to resolve but to no avail:
Created an inv.org and assigned it to the " Item Validation Org" within the OM system> parameter> values. Even added it at the site level for system profile.
The Create Accounting stage completes with warning with no specific error message in the log file.

2) Second issue is the Sequence numbering which affects the AP transfer to GL.
It works when the profile is set to "not used" but not when it's set to always used.
I defined the sequence and the category which was assigned to the sequence. This did not work.
From the Accounting setup, a sequence was also defined which was assigned to the ledger, this also does not work.
There is no issues withing GL journal processing and posting as a result of any sequence numbering.

Do a quick check to see if the period is open in GL.
I would still like to see the log file of Create Accounting.
2)
You have used the terms "this did not work" are few occasions in part 2.
When you say sequence is not working, how are checking that?
I just want to make sure we are on the same page on this.

Please ignore this post which has been replaced with that of the 18th July,2012. This has the log files you have requested for. You can also ignore the issue on sequence as that has now been taken care of. I only need to know some help on the Submitt Accounting program which is failing on the last two stages. Please See post on the 18th July, 2012 with log files attached.
