1. I am able to see log in screen from inside Linux
2. When I enter http://192.168.15.110:8000/ in internet explorer, it says “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”
3. I changed the ip address as you have suggested, changed host file in windows to match the new ip address..no luck
4. You said, “I would also verify the router settings to make sure router is not blocking one machine to be visible by the other. “ I am not sure how to do that

I want to mention that, I am not able to access any webpage from linux firefox other than Oracle page which I don’t care about but figured you should know that
